In an effort to provide quality, timely service to our valued clients, Passero Associates is offering complimentary online quotes for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).We will respond to your request for a quote within 24 hours or the next business day and can complete the ESA report within two to three weeks from the date of authorization.

If you or your client is reviewing a complex or costly Remedial Action Plan or a proposal for Phase II services, Passero Associates’ experienced geotechnical staff will review submitted documents and make our recommendations free of charge. We have been successful in the past in providing more efficient, technically feasible, and cost-effective methods to address your remedial objectives.

Passero Associates routinely performs and prepares reports that comply with AAI Compliant 1527-05 or Transaction Screen 1528-06 standards.
