Passero Associates is pleased to announce the newest addition to our Midwest Aviation Team in Dayton, Ohio: Suzanne Beck. Suzanne joins us as a Land Development Specialist, bringing with her over 13 years of experience in aviation and municipal economic development, including the development of over 4 million square feet of logistics and manufacturing space at the Dayton International Airport. She has experience drafting leases, land releases, and land sale documents, and has a proven track record of effectively working with state, federal and local agencies to bring projects to fruition. Suzanne is a valuable addition to our team. Her expertise in project management, site design, and construction administration will help us to continue delivering top-quality services to our clients. She was recently appointed to serve as a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Montgomery County Transportation Improvement District.

Prior to joining Passero, Suzanne worked with the City of Dayton as General Counsel to the Dayton International Airport and Wright Brothers Airport and most recently as Chief Counsel to the City’s Department of Law. She also served as administrator to the Greater Dayton Foreign Trade Zone, Inc. During her career at the City of Dayton, she was able to work closely with the staff from Passero Associates and is excited to join our team as she transitions from municipal employment to consulting. She has a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of aviation, municipal and economic development projects, and is committed to delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of all stakeholders.

Suzanne holds a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Dayton School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
