Passero welcomes a new member to our leadership team in Charlotte, North Carolina – Melanie Reddrick, AIA. Melanie holds dual licenses in Architecture and Interior Design, and has broad experience in a range of project types, including housing, education, retail, and municipal / community-based work. Melanie joins Jeremy White, AIA, Passero’s Design Director of Multi-Family Housing, in Passero's Charlotte office as our Regional Director. She will oversee office operations, lead our diverse team of professionals, and focus on growing the Passero brand in North Carolina and beyond. She is looking forward to sharing her passion for client-engagement and customer service with new and existing Passero clients throughout the Region.
Melanie's advocacy for her profession and client service extends to the state level – she is currently serving on the AIA North Carolina Executive Board of Directors as President-Elect. Through this role, she is committed to advocating for sustainable building practices throughout the state. Melanie has also served as an instructor at various institutions, most recently as an adjunct instructor for UNC Charlotte's School of Architecture.
