Jean has a personal training certification or background in fitness/athletics and is training Fiona twice a week for 1 hour each week over the course of 8+ weeks. Fiona has improved her cardiovascular health, general well-being, and has lost 30+ pounds as a result.

Programs & Support

Mark is struggling with anxiety and stress. On top of helping Mark stay organized at work, Eileen has recommended a behavioral health service that Mark is using regularly. In addition, Eileen has started a meditation program in their department that Mark and other colleagues are consistently participating in. Mark as well as others, have given Eileen positive feedback about the sessions. Mark is confident he can now manage his stress and anxiety as a result.
