Inspiring Colleagues

Dominique made a commitment to the Big Brother Big Sister organization to mentor a child with weekly visits, trips, that include transportation and meals once a week for 6 months with plans to continue her role as a mentor in the program indefinitely. Dominique decided to nominate herself so she could share all the wonderful experiences her mentorship has provided her in the hope it might inspire a colleague to do the same.

Volunteering

Marina and Sebastian have organized several volunteer events representing Passero Associates at Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, and the Veterans Outreach Center. Over 30 employees have volunteered for at least one event in the past year, contributing significant time and resources supporting initiatives at these organizations.
