1880 Lake Avenue Mixed Use Concept

Concept plan and massing for the development of mixed-use commercial and multi-family housing on the old Kodak Park campus. The site has many easements, utilities, and other challenges including a 64-foot wide environmental easement along the front of the property. We took these challenges and turned them into opportunities. This site features multi-family residential, commercial space, a bridge connecting the two buildings, clubhouse space, patios, rooftop patio, dog park, pool/spa, proposed "Kodak Historic Greenway" (redirected bike path), a private path for residents, and multi-purpose green space.
