APEX Student Housing at RIT Interiors

Colony Manor housing has serviced students of RIT for over 50 years, but had fallen into disrepair by 2018. Passero Associates teamed with University Student Living and Christa Construction to design a state-of-the-art purpose built student housing facility to replace the old structures. The facility hosts a variety of amenities to increase the quality of student life including a fitness center, study rooms, computer labs, high speed internet connections, outdoor courtyards / recreation areas, a pool and spa, and more.

Passero provided interior design services for this project, including professional assessment, planning, and completion of a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing interior space. Passero developed and implemented a comprehensive design that incorporated the desired style and purpose of the space, while integrating ergonomics, sustainability, and accessibility.
