Description

This project includes the pavement removal and full depth reconstruction of the existing Blue Long Term Parking Lot. The project was constructed in multiple phases to minimize impacts to customer parking. Additional elements include improved grading & drainage,
upgraded LED lighting improvements, additional security cameras and emergency call boxes, improved pedestrian access, new pavement markings, relocated bus waiting shelters, and new landscaping and irrigation system.

Passero worked closely with Airport staff and the Prime contractor to ensure temporary closures and schedules were coordinated and to complete the project in a timely manner to re-open the parking lot for normal business operations (revenue generation).
