Bridgeview Mixed Use

Concept plan and massing for the development of a parking lot located across from a sporting arena into mixed-use residential and commercial space similar to the adjacent development to the south.

Planning this site was challenging due to many easements and utilities. In addition to residential and commercial space, this plan includes a rooftop patio, bike trail connections and bike parking, public recreation and kiosks along the bike path, and a playground.
