Browncroft Community Church Sanctuary Renovation Interiors

Passero Associates provided an existing facilities study and a master plan of the future improvements for a two-phase renovation of the existing Sanctuary, Front Entry Lobby, Fellowship Hall, and building capital improvement project at an existing church. Passero also provided Design, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration services. Phase 1 involved an exterior building façade removal and redesign, along with school facilities upgrades. Phase II focused on the Worship Space, Fellowship Hall, and Main Entry Lobby, along with an addition at the Junior Church room. The Worship Space received updated finishes throughout, and a state of the art audio/visual system, new seating, an updated stage, and new sound booth and production room spaces. Passero also rehabilitated the parking lot.

Passero provided interior design services for this project, including professional assessment, planning, and completion of a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing interior space. Passero developed and implemented a comprehensive design that incorporated the desired style and purpose of the space, while integrating ergonomics, sustainability, and accessibility.
