Button Lofts Historic Apartments and Townhomes Interiors

The project consists of the renovation of an existing building that has had many various uses over the years. Some of the previous uses have included mercantile and industrial. The existing structure consists of brick bearing exterior walls with heavy timber post and beam construction. The renovated building is five stories tall and consists of apartments and townhouses. This project has required several Historic Preservation approvals.

Passero provided interior design services for this project, including professional assessment, planning, and completion of a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing interior space. Passero developed and implemented a comprehensive design that incorporated the desired style and purpose of the space, while integrating ergonomics, sustainability, and accessibility.
