Charlotte Square Apartments and Townhomes

Passero provided engineering, survey, construction inspection and related services in three phases for Charlotte Square. The first phase is a 72-Unit Multi-Family Residential project. The second phase is a 10-Townhome Residential project. Finally the third phase is a 40-Unit Residential project. These are all part of a rejuvenated downtown neighborhood. The Charlotte Square project will anchor the East End neighborhood and create a safe and vibrant atmosphere.
