Charlotte Street and Haags Alley Streetscape Renovation

Charlotte Street from Scio Street to Pitkin Street and Haags Alley has been rehabilitated to complement the rejuvenated neighborhood. The scope of work includes full depth pavement reconstruction, street lighting system replacement, new granite curbing, exposed aggregate concrete sidewalks, driveway aprons, catch basins, watermain, water service, hydrant replacement and a decorative brick and concrete landscaped walkway from Charlotte Street to Richmond Street.
