City Centre Ithaca

Located at the gateway to the Commons and within Ithaca's tuning fork, this mixed-use project at 301 East State Street consists of over 10,000 square feet of commercial space and nearly 200 upper-story apartment units. Passero Associates provided transportation engineering services, relative to traffic impacts, multimodal impacts, and parking demands. Given the project's urban environment, special considerations were given to pedestrian networks, transit access, and transportation demand management (TDM) strategies. The building has been a focal point in the heart of downtown Ithaca since opening its doors in 2019.
