Clinton-Baden Community Center Renovation

Passero Associates was retained by the City of Rochester’s Department of Environmental Services (DES) to provide representative project representation for renovation of the community center and the attached building of Rochester Central School District (RCSD), School 9. The construction work included renovations to the bathrooms, locker rooms, HVAC and electrical systems, elevators, new stairs and handrails and a new curtain wall. Passero’s responsibilities included observation of construction work, preparation of daily inspection reports, review of shop drawings, pay applications and change orders, coordination between City DES, RCSD, Clinton–Baden Community Center staff and the contractors.
