This new 91,000 s/f, 126-room hotel is located in downtown Rochester and replaces a former aging hotel. TAYLOR, managing design and construction with Silvestri Architects and Civil Engineers Passero Associates, joined a partnership with local developers and locally-based hotel management company Essex Hotel Management for development and management of the new full-service hotel.
