Dick's Sporting Goods

Passero Associates provided site development and engineering services related to the design and construction of a new 50,000 SF DICK’S Sporting Goods retail store in the Niagara Falls Boulevard Mall. The project included the demolition of the existing food court and site rehabilitation to support the new store. Passero assisted both the Mall Owner and DICK’S Sporting goods in assuring that the development satisfied both the leasing obligations for the store and Corporate development standards.
