Empire Boulevard DOT Permit Improvements

Construction of a two way left turn lane and right turn deceleration lane on Empire Boulevard to service Southpoint Cove Apartments, Bazils and adjacent developments. The project required a complex engineering design to allow the road improvements to interface with the proposed development. Special considerations included pedestrian access, retaining walls, a new guiderail system and new sanitary forcemain. The engineering design and construction schedule was accelerated to allow for completion of the road improvements prior to new residents moving into the development.
