Experimental Farm Road Development Site Due Diligence Study

JobsOhio and Dayton Development Coalition are evaluating pre-identified priority properties and site inventory across Western Ohio, assessing their readiness, and seeking SiteOhio Authentication, in order to make informed investment decisions about these sites’ development potential.

JobsOhio selected the Passero Associates and ECS team to provide professional assessment services including overall project management, a geotechnical investigation, environmental assessments and reviews, surveying, and site utility and infrastructure analysis.

Passero’s team of engineers and scientists delivered a final site assessment report including appraisals, phase I environmental site assessments, geotechnical analysis, surface water delineation, phase I cultural resources study, threatened and endangered species studies, and utility infrastructure assessments.
