Description

The City of Dayton selected Passero/LWC to conduct Hangar Siting and feasibility assessment for both proposed Corporate Hangars and the City Owned T-Hangar facilities at the Dayton Wright Brothers Airport (MGY). The effort included the following major elements, consistent with the FAA’s Guidance.

  • Concurrent review of existing and future ALP drawings
  • Site Evaluation
  • Review of available utilities
  • Taxiway and Taxilane access
  • Review of clear zones, object free areas, and Part 77 Airspace requirements
  • Prepared conceptual layouts and site location drawings
  • Preparation of Opinions of probable cost

Passero also provided coordination with both City Officials and private developers including on-site meetings, detailed correspondence, drawing exhibits, and review of local building codes/criteria for development.
