Hope Hall School Addition

Passero Associates renovated the existing building and designed the Hope Hall school addition, a 12,500 square foot two-story building that is connected to the existing school with a two-story link. The addition completes the symmetrical design of the original building.

The exterior of brick and cast-stone carries through the historical features of the existing facility, which was designed in the 1930s. Included in the addition are eight new classrooms, all equipped with interactive white boards and storage closets; a faculty room with kitchenette; two multiple fixture restrooms on each floor; a nurse’s office with a private restroom; two offices, one with a private restroom; a large basement utilized for mechanical space and storage; an elevator that serves three levels of the building and miscellaneous utility spaces.
