Passero Associates continues its efforts with the City of Dayton – Department of Aviation to promote industrial and economic development around the Dayton International Airport (DAY).

Passero Associates has provided, and continues to provide, support to Airport staff related land use options/alternatives plans consistent with the Airport Master Plan and Airspace restrictions. Prepare project schedules and budgets for roadway and utility infrastructure improvements (Water, Sewer, Electrical, etc.). Conduct preliminary airspace analysis of the various options to
ensure compliance with FAA Part 77 Airspace requirements.

Passero Associates coordinated with local, county and state officials to provide design and construction administration services on a number of roadway and utility projects associated with the economic development boom that the airport have been experiencing since
2016. Improvements included new Concorde Drive roadway construction with all related underground infrastructure and utilities.

An example of recently completed projects include two (2) industrial / logistic type facilities, encompassing approximately 1M SF of new facilities and providing several hundred new jobs to the local region.

Similar consulting services were also provided for four additional sites, on the north side of the Airport, which will encompass an additional 2M SF of development. These additional project sites were completed in in late 2019. Additional sites are being prepared for development in 2020.
