Knollwood Lodge - Northampton Park, Monroe County

The work to be performed consists principally of the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction of a new one-story, 1,600 sq. ft. lodge at Northampton Park in Monroe County, NY. The lodge will be wood construction utilizing a wood scissor truss system supporting a gable roof. Work extends beyond the perimeter of the building to include site work in conjunction with the Monroe County Parks Department. The project also includes providing electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work to support the enjoyment of the lodge's amenities by the patrons of Northampton Park.
