Passero Associates, acting as the Owner’s Representative and design consultant, provided professional services for the new Fire Station No. 2. The project consists of two phases: Phase One includes creation of bridging documents for use in soliciting qualified Design-Builders; and Phase Two involves Owner’s Representative services during the project’s final design and construction.
The proposed design provides approximately 6,800 SF for day room, kitchen, bunk rooms, apparatus bays and support spaces.
