Landing at Burkes Meadows

This project includes development of the property on a 15-acre site in the Village of Cazenovia into a two-story building for seniors with 33 units, and four townhouse-style buildings for families with 16 units. The building for seniors contains a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, office space, and common areas. The residents of the Senior building will enjoy extended amenities - a two-story high community room, library, fitness room, hair salon and a landscaped courtyard in the back of the property.

The family units are in a private townhouse style buildings and have a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom units. Each of these townhomes have patios, green space and off-street parking. The rental units will target a variety of income levels ranging from workforce to market rate.

The development will be connected to the nature park and gorge trail to the east.
