Lawson Lake Master Plan

Passero developed a master plan for the 425-acre park. The scope included a visual and record review assessment of the existing infrastructure, recommendations for engineering and architectural improvements and phasing to revitalize the current campgrounds, and also developed a master plan for a full build out. Passero met with County stakeholders and iteratively synchronized the plan and phasing approach to meet their needs.
