LiDestri Industrial Campus

The LiDestri Park and Master Plan includes 640,000 SF of existing industrial buildings and 2,000,000 SF of planned building space in Kodak Park. Passero Associates has worked closely with LiDestri’s staff to revitalize the existing space and create a Master Plan the future Development areas.

The site is located in an urban environment with existing infrastructure. As part of the planning process, Passero identified many ways to utilize the existing utilities and road networks to reduce cost and environmental impact.

The Park Master Plan is designed to be a cutting edge eco-friendly environment utilizing every sustainable practice that is feasible for the site. The goal is to minimize the project’s carbon footprint while creating an environmentally-conscious environment for the future employees. The project includes extensive green space and trails integrated into the park, solar panels, and sustainable heating and cooling practices.
