Magee Avenue and Raines Park Improvements

Passero Associates provided Construction Inspection and Administration services for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of Magee Avenue and Raines Park. The reconstruction included full depth reconstruction, pavement rehabilitation, new granite curb, underdrains, catch basins, new watermains and water services, hydrants, driveway aprons, ADA compliant accessible curb ramps, topsoil and lawn restoration. Passero kept residents informed and communicated with the public throughout construction.
