Description

The project includes the early sitework, utilities, and building foundations package for a future single story building addition (approximately 10,000 SF) and a new Aircraft Maintenance Hangar (approximately 68,000 SF), both constructed adjacent to an existing hangar and the existing multi-tenant cargo apron. Design elements for utilities include site grading and drainage design, oil/water separator, new water & sewer extensions, underground water storage (for fire protection), electric and protecting an existing communications trunk line.

The Phase 2 Architectural Building project began immediately after final inspections and acceptance of the sitework project. The Phase 2 portion of the project was completed in October 2016.
