Passero provided architectural, structural, and site engineering services for a new 4-story 42-unit modern apartment building in Ithaca, NY complete with leasing offices, and a community room with kitchen, laundry, and storage areas. The building is designed to meet strict HCR funding guidelines, while incorporating a distinctly modern aesthetic in keeping with the surrounding neighborhoods of Ithaca. Each of the 42 units, which include a mix of 1- and 2-bedroom layouts, is fitted with its own private balcony, kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom.
