Marquis at the Woods Senior Housing

This project is an 86,000 SF, three-story apartment building for seniors with 74 apartments with a community room, medical consultation room, hair salon, theater, fitness room and pool. The building is a part of a large senior living development. The project was developed in a flood prone site which required regional stormwater management, flood control and wetland mitigation. The project design is clustered to preserve the majority of the existing wetlands.
