This Master Plan was a collaborative effort to examine the airport’s needs through 2034. This commercial service airport’s focus was on airside improvements and support facilities, namely recapturing Runway 28 displaced threshold, extensions to Taxiway E and H, realigning the airport service road, tree removal for clear approaches, expansion of SRE buildings, improvements to terminal security and general aviation improvements.

The plan examined enplanements and triggering levels for future terminal and parking expansions. Necessary land acquisition for control of the RPZs was also identified. Total proposed capital improvements equaled $320,000,000.
