McAvoy Park Improvements

Together with the Town and our partners on the team, Passero Associates has transformed this older park into a $3.5 million state of the art recreation facility with artificial turf, sports lighting and two softball fields, one large multipurpose rectangular field and one small multipurpose rectangular field. This improved facility is being fully utilized by local sports teams and recreation programs.

The Passero Municipal team served as subconsultants to Kotz and Associates. Passero was responsible for utility, drainage, lighting and site design. Passero was also responsible for the architectural design of the new concessions building.
