Student Housing Facility in Downtown Buffalo adjacent to Buffalo State College. This student-housing complex is comprised of wood frame apartment buildings and a clubhouse. All units are suite style, with two or four bedrooms, each with individual full bath. The clubhouse have extensive amenities, such as a café, exercise room, indoor bowling, game room.

In order to meet the project schedule Passero submitted for and received all municipal approvals in under two months. The project is sustainable in that it is a redevelopment of a former industrial area. As part of the project improvements the site contains more open space and includes the repair to existing City infrastructure.
