The final design of this award-winning project, featured in national publications such as Civil Engineering and winner of an ACEC Platinum Award and APWA National and New York Project of the Year, represents the epitome of efficiency, land reclamation and reuse.

Passero Associates developed a “Reuse Plan” of the 50 acre decommissioned Gates-Chili Ogden Sewage Treatment Plant Site. Our services included interviewing and programming eight (8) County Departments for their special needs intending to relocate to this site. The results were a Redevelopment Plan proposing a 90,000 square foot, Inter Agency Public Works Facility and several individual public works buildings, including records and archives storage. Passero also provided survey services over a 3-mile area to tie the site to an existing tunnel system. Passero Associates led a multi-disciplinary team of firms on this high-profile project.
