New Age Mixed Use Neighborhoods Master Plan

Description

Master Plan concept for a new urbanism development inspired by the highly acclaimed Serenbe precedent in Georgia, concepted by Steven Nygren. This concept is formed around a main serpentine Omega road that weaves through and follows the existing topography. Throughout this road is woven in a variety of connected hamlets, each with a slightly different identity, density, and target resident. Support for agriculture, recreation, and stormwater management fits seamlessly.

This plan creates a community that address many current issues: urban sprawl, sustainability, equity, and connection between urban, suburban, and rural areas. The result is a place that is desirable, responsible, and sustainable.
