Oval Wood Dish Factory

Formerly a factory producing wood products, this historic 140,000 SF campus is being transformed into a mixed-use building, consisting of affordable multi-family housing and commercial space. This project was designed to prioritize the current State Historic Preservation Office and National Park Service standards, as well as to meet design guidelines for the Housing and Community Renewal program. This building will provide 80 units of both flats and lofts composed of studios, one bedroom, and two bedrooms located throughout the existing structure. The residential support spaces include a fitness center, community room, a large two floor lounge space, and courtyards. Commercial spaces include self-storage, a co-working space, and a brewery.
