Panorama Landing Business Park

The business park is a multi-phase project located along NY-153 in Pittsford, NY. The build-out consisted of 14,000 square feet of a Monroe County Sheriff substation and 96,000 square feet of office park space. Roadway mitigation included installing left-turn lanes into the project site. As part of this improvement, over 1/2 mile of roadway was conceptualized as a restripe candidate by Passero Associates. The resulting highway improvements restriped the segment of roadway from 4 lanes to 3 lanes, including a center turn lane.
