Parking Access and Revenue Control Upgrade at Frederick Douglass - Greater Rochester International Airport

Passero Associates teamed with Integrity Parking Systems to complete a full PARCS system at the Greater Rochester International Airport. This system allows parking owners and operators to control access and collect parking revenues from users. The system includes Entry Stations, Pay-in-lane Exit Stations, Pay-on-foot Stations in the terminal and shuttle lots, Sector Station within the ramp garage, Integrated AVI System, Pre-capture License Plate Recognition, Mobile License Plate Inventory with LPR integrated database, Frequent Parker Rewards program software, Variable Message Sign Systems, a complete accounting and billing software system and integrated credit card processing. The project also included the reconstruction of lanes for equipment locations and multiple credential access control.
