Pavement Management Program at Sullivan County International Airport

This project required collection and review of historical records to define the baseline condition and determine deterioration rates for airfield pavements. Field inspections were conducted in
accordance with Advisory Circular 150/5380-7, Airport Pavement Management Program, and PAVER software was used to correlate field data with historical data. The analysis resulted in the development of a pavement management program. Care was taken to provide a pavement management strategy that the Sponsor could support with future funding. The result was a
pavement management program that will keep airport pavements viable.
