Royal Car Wash

Passero provided full architectural, structural, and civil engineering design services for 13 new automated car wash facilities throughout Western New York. These car washes are designed to complement and enhance their service areas while providing “drive-by” appeal to potential customers. Passero also facilitated municipal and agency approvals and provided survey services. Passero also facilitated municipal and agency approvals and provided survey and traffic engineering services. As part of traffic services, Passero has documented traffic generation at numerous existing locations to better predict trip estimates at new facilities.
