RTS Orleans Transit Maintenance Facility

Passero Associates provided architectural and engineering design services and construction inspection for a new 13,500 SF bus maintenance facility that will service the RTS Orleans Transit Service based in the Village of Albion. Passero was responsible for a due diligence assessment of the site, located at the Orleans County DPW complex. We provided design from concept phase through construction documents and provided assistance to RTS during the bid and award phase.
Our design is of a new metal building consisting of offices and bus garage/maintenance related spaces. The building is approximately 13,500 square feet, primarily faced with metal panel siding and roofing. Skylights provide daylighting at maintenance bays to meet current energy code.
