Snow Removal Equipment Building at Frederick Douglass - Greater Rochester International Airport

Construction of a 25,700 square foot pre-engineered metal building to house snow removal equipment, including concrete foundations and floor, HVAC systems, plumbing, fire protection, electrical systems, siding, roofing, overhead doors, and finishes. The project also includes demolition and disposal of concrete, asphalt, solid waste fill, and earth, placement of approximately 3,720 tons of asphalt, placement of approximately 6,100 cubic yards of crusher run stone, fencing and necessary incidentals for a complete and functional facility. Four Prime Contracts were awarded.
