SUNY Canton Student Housing

Passero provided architectural and site design services for an apartment style building that provides student housing and classrooms. The project has been designed to meet LEED Silver standards and NYSERDA energy efficiency requirements. Design responsibilities included a utility condition assessment, hydraulic analysis and modeling, coordination and meetings with facilities staff.
