Passero Associates is the civil and site engineering consultant to Bersin Properties, Target at Medley Centre. The design of the new 127,000 SF Target on an existing mall parking lot required the reconfiguration of approximately 600 parking stalls, existing utilities, pedestrian access and traffic patterns within the shopping center.
