TC3 Student Housing

This project includes the design and construction of two SF residence halls. The residence halls are comprised of two buildings with a mix of two, three and four bedroom suites, student lounges and classrooms. The modular floor plan provides flexibility of the unit mix and allows for maximum daylight to take advantage of the scenic views. Passero designed the architecture of the buildings to be in kind with the existing campus, and designed to LEED standards. The building construction is concrete block and plank.
