Created the schematic design, administered the design-builder selection process and acted as the owner’s representative during construction for this 4,300 square foot General Aviation Terminal Building design-build project. Design and construction inspection of the associated access road, parking, utilities and stormwater systems. The actual construction was underway while adjacent hangar, taxiway and access road components were also active. Managed close coordination with the management, operations and construction teams.
