Description

Passero Associates provided design services for this housing building for Rochester Institute of Technology students. The new building is designed to fit the site next to the two existing buildings that have been remodeled. It is comprised predominantly of 4-bedroom/4-bath apartment style units. Each unit has a living room, kitchen, bedrooms with private bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. A two story central core includes a lounge with café area, exercise room, study and computer areas, and the rental office suite. The exterior amenities include a patio with a hot tub and a dog park.
