The Hill Student Housing at RIT Interiors

Passero Associates provided design services for this housing building for Rochester Institute of Technology students. The new building is designed to fit the site next to the two existing buildings that have been remodeled. It is comprised predominantly of 4-bedroom/4-bath apartment style units. Each unit has a living room, kitchen, bedrooms with private bathrooms, and a washer/dryer. A two-story central core includes a lounge with café area, exercise room, study and computer areas, and the rental office suite. The exterior amenities include a patio with a hot tub and a dog park.

Passero provided interior design services for this project, including professional assessment, planning, and completion of a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing interior space.
