The Lodge Student Housing at RIT

The Lodge is a student housing project with a range of housing options from townhomes to cottage style buildings. There is a clubhouse, fitness center, and pool. Understanding the urgency to start construction as soon as possible for a timely delivery, Passero Associates expedited Construction Documents and completed the civil engineering design in less than two weeks to ensure a timely approval. Passero then worked closely with the General Contractor to determine critical milestones for both cost estimating and the construction start.
